As a client of ours, we respect you and your time. Your reserved time is designated just for you and we ask that if you have to cancel or reschedule, you provide us with 24 hour notice. That gives your stylist an opportunity to make adjustments to their schedule and accommodate other clients on the waiting list. We understand that emergencies and unexpected issues occur, in this case, we will do our best to work with you.
Our Cancellation Policy, if less than 24 hour notice is given, is a 50% charge of appointment time scheduled.
Service/Product Guarantee
We don’t offer refunds because our time and professional products are used during your service.
However, we truly want you to love your hair! If anything feels off within 3 days of your appointment, your stylist will happily make the needed adjustments at no cost. After 3 days, touch-ups may have a small fee depending on what’s needed.
If your concern (at any point) is about a personal preference that wasn’t discussed or decided on during your consultation, the adjustment will be treated as a new service and priced accordingly. To help make sure we’re on the same page, we require consultations for new guests and encourage sharing realistic inspiration photos ahead of time.
Child Safty
For everyone’s safety, children may not accompany you to your appointment unless they are also scheduled for a service at that time.
We adore kids, but the salon environment includes hot tools, sharp implements, and other hazards. Because we cannot ensure a child’s safety while unattended, we kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements before your visit. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us maintain a safe space for all.
At La Bella Vita Salon, our stylists grow through a professional level system that reflects their experience, education, skill, and demand. We currently offer five levels:

Level 5: Mentor Stylist
As stylists advance, you may notice an increase in service pricing. This simply reflects the time, training, and continued education they invest to elevate their craft and provide you with exceptional results.
Guests are encouraged to choose any stylist whose level, expertise, and pricing best fit their needs and budget.
If you love your stylist but their new pricing no longer fits your budget, please don’t hesitate to chat with them! They can help you explore alternative services, maintenance schedules, or a personalized beauty plan designed around your goals and upcoming events.
